Built in 2003, Baichang Precision Mould Fittings is an enterprise manufacturing precision mold components, integrating R&D, design and mass production activities under one roof. With our advanced technology and techniques, high-precision products and refined services, we have built a good reputation in Europe, the US, Africa and Southeast Asia.
Wide Product Range to Choose from
Our main products include precision guide pillars, guide bushes, guide pillar sets, dowel pins, support pins, ejector pins and sleeves, mold springs, ball cages, block sets of standard and non-standard hardware, and plastic and silicone mold components. We can manufacture products with machining accuracy within 0.005mm, coaxiality within 0.002mm, circularity within 0.003mm, surface roughness within Ra0.04, and diameter from 1mm to 600mm.
Using High-tech Instruments and High-quality Materials
Currently, we have about 110 employees including 12 administrative staff, seven experienced designers, 70 professional operators and 12 quality control personnel who all have more than five years of service experience. We also have about 80 machines, some of which were bought from Taiwan and Japan and include CNC machines, center-less grinders, outer grinders, precision grinding machines and high precision lathes. We use high-tech measuring instruments such as 2.5-times round measuring instruments, level gauges, height gauges and hardness testers. Moreover, the materials we use include high-quality 100C6 (SUJ2), SKD61, SKD11 and SKH51.
Implementing ISO 9001:2000 Standards
We are fully implementing ISO 9001:2000 standards in the whole production process. Our products, with high precision and good quality, have reached the peer leading level through excellent processes, unique heat treatment and strict quality control system.
